Maintained an average of 150 service calls per week with a 96% average net promoter score. Assisted with technical onboarding of 500+ new users within three days of a new health company's acquisition. Facilitated training for Microsoft Office, Citrix, Avaya Phone Configuration, and Remote Access and VPNs. Empowered 60,000+ global users to work from home during the Covid-19 pandemic; provided ongoing support and conflict resolution during high-stress working period for end users due to the newly remote workforce.
